Section 3(d)(3) of Public Law 99–548 (commonly known as the Mesquite Lands Act of 1988 ) (100 Stat. 3061; 110 Stat. 3009–202; 116 Stat. 2018) is amended— by striking subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)and inserting the following: for the development and implementation of a watershed plan for the Lower Virgin River; and ; and by redesignating subparagraph
(C)as subparagraph (B).
