The peak of Frenchman Mountain in the State located at latitude 3610031′45" N, by longitude 11459031′52" W, shall be designated as Maude Frazier Mountain . Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, record, or other paper of the United States to the peak described in subsection
(a)shall be considered to be a reference to Maude Frazier Mountain .
