Section 6103(l)(13)(D) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by adding at the end the following new clause: Return information received pursuant to clause (iii)(I) may be used by the institution of higher education referred to in such clause for the purposes of the programs authorized under sections 402D and 402E of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1070a–14 and 1070a–15; relating to student support services and the Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program), as in effect on the date of the enactment of this clause. .
