(30)as paragraphs (13), (14), (15), (16), (17), (18), (19), (20), (21), (22), (23), (24), (25), (27), (28), (30), (31), and (32), respectively; by inserting after paragraph
(11)the following: The term Deferred Construction Fund means the Navajo Nation's Navajo-Gallup Water Supply Project Deferred Construction Fund established by section 10602(i)(1)(A). ; in paragraph
(14)(as so redesignated)— in the paragraph heading, by striking and inserting Draft ; Final Environmental by striking Draft Impact and inserting Final Environmental ; by striking draft environmental and inserting final environmental ; and by striking March 2007 and inserting July 6, 2009 ; in paragraph
