In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary of the Interior for fiscal year 2025, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to remain available through fiscal year 2028— $150,000,000 for events, celebrations, and activities related to the observance and commemoration of the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States; and $40,000,000 to carry out Executive Order 13934 of July 3, 2020 (85 Fed. Reg. 41165), Executive Order 13978 of January 18, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 6809), and Executive Order 14189 of January 29, 2025 (90 Fed. Reg. 8849) to establish and maintain a statuary park to be known as the National Garden of American Heroes.
