In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Office of Refugee Resettlement for fiscal year 2025, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $3,000,000,000 to remain available until September 30, 2029, for the purposes described in subsection (b). The funds made available under subsection
(a)shall only be used for the Office of Refugee Resettlement to house, transport, and supervise unaccompanied alien children in the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement pursuant to section 235 of the William Wilberforce Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act of 2008.
