Sec. 70123. Expedited removal for criminal aliens

In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Department of Homeland Security for fiscal year 2025, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $75,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2029, for the purposes described in subsection (b). The amounts made available in subsection

(a)shall only be used for applying the provisions of section 235(b)(1) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to any alien who is inadmissible under paragraph

(2)or

(3)of section 212(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, regardless of the period that such alien has been physically present in the United States.
