Sec. 70105. Transportation and removal operations

In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement for fiscal year 2025, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $14,400,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2029, for the purposes described in subsection (b). Amounts made available under subsection

(a)shall only be used for transportation and removal operations and for ensuring the departure of aliens.
