Not later than 45 days after the date of the enactment of this title, the Secretary of Defense and the Administrator of the National Nuclear Security Agency, as appropriate, shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representatives a spending, expenditure, or operating plan for amounts made available pursuant to this title. Such plan shall include the same level of detail as required for the report submitted under section 8007 of division A of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 ( Public Law 118–47 ; 138 Stat. 482).
Not later than one year after the date of enactment of this title, and annually thereafter, the Secretary and the Administrator of the National Nuclear Security Agency, as appropriate, shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and the House of Representative a report that includes a description of any expenditures made pursuant to the plan required under subsection (a).
