Section 6(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2015(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(A), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking over the age of 15 and under the age of 60 and inserting over the age of 17 and under the age of 65 ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking child under age six and inserting child under age seven ; and by striking between 1 and 6 years of age and inserting between 1 and 7 years of age .
