In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Director of the United States Secret Service for fiscal year 2025, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $1,170,000,000 to remain available until September 30, 2029, for the purposes described in subsection (b). Amounts made available under subsection
(a)shall only be used for additional United States Secret Service resources, including personnel, training facilities, and technology.
