Section 208(d)(3) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1158(d)(3) ) is amended— in the first sentence, by striking may and inserting shall ; by striking Such fees shall not exceed and all that follows; and by inserting after the first sentence Nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to limit the authority of the Attorney General to set additional adjudication and naturalization fees in accordance with section 286(m). .
