Chapter 83 of title 5, United States Code, is amended— in section 8332(j)(1), by striking Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service and inserting Director of the AmeriCorps Administration ; and in section 8334(l)(3), by striking Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service and inserting Director of the AmeriCorps Administration . Section 8422(f)(3) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service and inserting Director of the AmeriCorps Administration .

The Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. Any reference in any other Federal law, Executive order, rule, regulation, delegation of authority, or document to— the Corporation for National and Community Service is deemed to refer to the AmeriCorps Administration; and the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service is deemed to refer to the Director of the AmeriCorps Administration.
