In addition to amounts otherwise available, there are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Secretary to carry out part A of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6311 et seq. )— for fiscal year 2024, $36,773,604,000; and for each succeeding fiscal year, the amount appropriated under this section for the preceding fiscal year, increased by the annual adjustment percentage.
