Sec. 201. State Election Assistance and Innovation Trust Fund

There is established in the Treasury a fund to be known as the State Election Assistance and Innovation Trust Fund . There is hereby appropriated to the Trust Fund $2,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2033. Amounts in the Trust Fund shall be used to make payments and allocations under the Program and to carry out the activities of the Office. The Office may accept gifts or bequests for deposit into the Trust Fund.
