Subject to subsection (b), for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2034, there is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $2,000,000 to the Secretary of Agriculture to provide technical assistance under section 6302 of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 ( 7 U.S.C. 2671 ). The amount made available under subsection
(a)for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2034 shall be adjusted annually to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
