Part C of title VI of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 7541 et seq. ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Subject to subsection (b), there is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $44,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 and each fiscal year thereafter. The amount made available under subsection
(a)for fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year thereafter shall be adjusted annually to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics. . The table of contents for the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 is amended by inserting after the item relating to section 6306 the following: Sec. 6307. Funding. .
