Section 1624 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 132 Stat. 2120) is amended by striking subsection (b). Section 1507(c)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 ( Public Law 117–81 ; 10 U.S.C. 167b note) is amended— by striking subparagraphs
(C)and (D); and by redesignating subparagraph
(E)as subparagraph (C). Section 213 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 ( Public Law 113–66 ; 10 U.S.C. 22 note) is amended— by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsection
(d)as subsection (c). Section 141 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 111–84 ; 10 U.S.C. 221 note) is amended to read as follows: The Secretary of Defense shall ensure that body armor is procured using funds authorized to be appropriated by this title. . Section 229(c)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( Public Law 118–31 ; 10 U.S.C. 3601 note) is amended by striking subparagraph (C).
