Section 5 of the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program Act of 1994 ( 16 U.S.C. 719b–1 ) is amended— by striking the Virgin and inserting and the United States Virgin ; and by striking , and any other territory or possession of the United States . Section 6 of the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program Act of 1994 ( 16 U.S.C. 719c ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking $350,000 for each of the fiscal years 2006 through 2010 and inserting $550,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2030 ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1), by striking $100,000 and inserting $200,000 ; and in paragraph (2), by striking $250,000 and inserting $350,000 .
Section 3 of the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program Act of 1994 ( 16 U.S.C. 719a ) is amended by striking subsection
(c)and inserting the following: Amounts received under subsection
(b)shall be available to the Secretary until expended, without further appropriations, solely for— awards, prizes, and scholarships to individuals who submit designs in competitions under subsection (a), that are— selected in the competition as winning designs; or otherwise determined in the competition to be superior; awards and prizes to schools, students, teachers, and other participants to further education activities related to the conservation education goals of the Program; award ceremonies for winners of national and State Junior Duck Stamp competitions; travel expenses for winners of national and State Junior Duck Stamp competitions to award ceremonies, if— the event is intended to honor students for winning a national competition; or the event is intended to honor students for winning a State competition; expenses for licensing and marketing under subsection (b); expenses for migratory bird reference materials or supplies awarded to schools that participate in the Program; and expenses for marketing and educational materials developed to promote the Program. . Section 4 of the Junior Duck Stamp Conservation and Design Program Act of 1994 ( 16 U.S.C. 719b ) is amended by striking section 3(c)(1)(A) and
(B)and inserting paragraphs
(1)and
(2)of section 3(c) .
