The Secretary of State shall support and strengthen media and civil society initiatives to uncover and report on evidence of corruption, with a goal of bringing to light the corrupt practices of the PRC and its representatives in every region, and the local leaders who are accepting these payments. There is authorized to be appropriated an additional $3,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029 for the Secretary of State to carry out this section.
