In this Act: The term CCP means the Chinese Communist Party. The term Coordinator means the coordinator of the interagency task force appointed by the President pursuant to section 8(b). The term Department means the Department of State. The term PRC means the People's Republic of China. The term RFA means Radio Free Asia. The term USAGM means the United States Agency for Global Media. The term VOA means Voice of America.
