Section 170 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3225 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1)(C), by striking this section and inserting this paragraph ; and in subsection (d)(4), by striking this section and inserting subsection (b)(1)(B) .
