Section 636 ( 42 U.S.C. 3057k–21 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking may and inserting shall, as practicable, ; and in subsection (b)(2), by striking in-home assistance and inserting in-home services . Section 644 ( 42 U.S.C. 3057o ) is amended— by striking Of and inserting
(a); and In general.— Of by adding at the end the following: Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of the Older Americans Act Reauthorization Act of 2024 , the Assistant Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate and the Committee on Education and the Workforce of the House of Representatives, a report on the use of funds under part D. Such report shall include— the total amount of funds made available under subsection
(a)to carry out part D for each fiscal year; a list of award recipients under part D; and a summary of supportive services for healthy aging and independence provided under part D. .
