Section 321(a)(19) ( 42 U.S.C. 3030d(a)(19) ) is amended to read as follows: services, which may include respite care through various models, designed to support family members and other persons providing voluntary care to older individuals that need long-term care services, which may include older individuals with cognitive impairments such as Alzheimer’s disease and related disorders with neurological and organic brain dysfunction; .
