Section 2031 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a)(1), by inserting , including Job Corps centers as defined in section 147 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( after 29 U.S.C. 3197 ), secondary educational institutions ; and in subsection (b)(1)(C), by inserting , or is a Job Corps center as defined in section 147 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( after 29 U.S.C. 3197 ) military department concerned .
