Section 10525 of the Research and Development, Competition, and Innovation Act (division B of Public Law 117–167 ; 136 Stat. 1625) is repealed. Section 525 of the America COMPETES Reauthorization Act of 2010 ( 42 U.S.C. 1862p–13 ) is amended by striking subsection (d).
