Section 10261 of the Research and Development, Competition, and Innovation Act (division B of Public Law 117–167 ; 136 Stat. 1503) is repealed. Section 34(e) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act ( 15 U.S.C. 278s(e) ) is amended by striking paragraph (8).
