Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall brief the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives on the status of the project for the replacement of the Bourne and Sagamore Highway Bridges that cross the Cape Cod Canal Federal Navigation Project. The briefing under subsection
(a)shall include discussion of— the current status of environmental review under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 ( 42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq. ) and expected timelines for completion; project timelines and relevant paths to move the project described in that subsection toward completion; and any issues that are impacting the delivery of the project described in that subsection.
