The Secretary shall prioritize the completion of the reports required pursuant to the following provisions: Section 2036(b) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 ( 33 U.S.C. 2283a ). Section 1008(c) of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 2321b(c) ). Section 164(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 2668). Section 226(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 2697). Section 503(d) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 ( 33 U.S.C. 610 note;
Public Law 116–260 ). Section 509(a)(7) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 ( 33 U.S.C. 610 note; Public Law 116–260 ). Section 8205(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 (136 Stat. 3754). Section 8206(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 (136 Stat. 3756). Section 8218 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 (136 Stat. 3761). Section 8227(b) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2022 (136 Stat. 3764). Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a written notification of the status of each report described in subsection (a). As part of the notification under paragraph (1), the Secretary shall include for each report described in subsection (a)— a description of the status of the report; and if not completed, a timeline for the completion of the report.
