Section 128(c) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2020 ( 33 U.S.C. 610 note; Public Law 116–260 ) is amended— in paragraph (13), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (14), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: Lake Elsinore, California; and Willamette River, Oregon. .
