In this Act: The term appropriate committees of Congress means— the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate; the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate; and the Committee on Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives. The term Commission means the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The term Secretary means the Secretary of Energy. The term Yucca Mountain site has the meaning given the term in section 2 of the Nuclear Waste Policy Act of 1982 ( 42 U.S.C. 10101 ).
