All right, title, and interest of the United States in and to the approximately 126 acres of land in the Ocmulgee Mounds National Park and Preserve owned in fee by the Tribe are hereby taken into trust for the benefit of the Tribe. Such land— is part of Indian country (as defined in section 1151 of title 18, United States Code) of the Tribe; and shall be administered in accordance with the laws and regulations generally applicable to property held in trust by the United States for the benefit of an Indian Tribe.
