In this Act: The term Advisory Council means the Ocmulgee Mounds National Park and Preserve Advisory Council established under section 5(a). The term Map means the map entitled Ocmulgee Mounds National Park and Preserve Proposed Boundary , numbered 363/193026, and dated April 2024. The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior. The term State means the State of Georgia. The term Tribe means the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.
