Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Administrator, in consultation with the Secretary, Secretary of the Interior, and other Federal agencies, as the Secretary determines to be appropriate, shall submit to Congress a report that describes— the status of remediating ANCSA land pursuant to this Act; and recommendations on what additional authorities are needed to identify and remediate ANCSA land.
