Section 1118(i)(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 ( 43 U.S.C. 390b–2(i)(2) ) is amended— by inserting or a Federal agency after non-Federal interest ; and by inserting and to carry out any infrastructure modifications required to implement the revised operational documents after documents .
