Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall— assemble a team of licensed mental health professionals, which shall include licensed mental health professionals who are not employed by the Department of Homeland Security, to conduct a comprehensive mental health reevaluation for each noncitizen held in longer-term separation for more than 7 days (as of the date of enactment of this Act), including a confidential, face-to-face, out-of-cell interview by a licensed mental health professional; and adjust the placement of each noncitizen based on the results of such interview, in accordance with this Act.
