Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall submit to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the President pro tempore of the Senate, and the Chairs and Ranking Members of the Committee on Appropriations , the Committee on the Judiciary , and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Appropriations , the Committee on the Judiciary , the Committee on Homeland Security , and the Committee on Oversight and Accountability of the House of Representatives , a report including— details of all purchases of ammunition by each Federal agency during the preceding year; a summary of all purchases, solicitations, and expenditures on ammunition by each Federal agency during the preceding year; a summary of all the rounds of ammunition expended by each Federal agency and a current listing of stockpiled ammunition for each Federal agency during the preceding year; and an estimate of ammunition needs and purchases for each Federal agency for the next fiscal year.
