Section 2306(b)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (B), by striking if such death occurs before October 1, 2024 ; and in subparagraph (C), by striking if such death occurs before October 1, 2024 . Section 2402(a)(5) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking if such death occurs before October 1, 2024 .
