Section 2402(a)(1) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by inserting under conditions other than dishonorable as shown by a statement from a general court-martial convening authority after space service . Section 2306 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (b)(4)(A), by inserting under conditions other than dishonorable as shown by a statement from a general court-martial convening authority after space service ; and in subsection (g)(2), by inserting under conditions other than dishonorable as shown by a statement from a general court-martial convening authority after space service .
Section 2301(d) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by inserting under conditions other than dishonorable, as shown by a statement from a general court-martial convening authority, after space service .
