Section 1546(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking identification document, and inserting identification document or document intended to establish employment authorization, ; in paragraph (2), by striking identification document and inserting identification document or document intended to establish employment authorization, ; and in the undesignated matter following paragraph
(3)by striking of section 274A(b) and inserting under section 274A(b) or 274E(b) .
