There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Labor to carry out this Act— $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $1,050,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $1,100,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; $1,150,000,000 for fiscal year 2028; $1,200,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; and $1,250,000,000 for fiscal year 2030.
