Section 2711 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (3)(C), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (4), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: the term online service provider means a provider of electronic communication service, a provider of remote computing service, any information service, system, or access software provider that provides or enables computer access by multiple users to a computer server, including specifically a service or system that provides access to the Internet and such systems operated or services offered by libraries or educational institutions; and .
Section 2703 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), in the first sentence, by striking a provider of electronic communication service and inserting an online service provider ; in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking a provider of electronic communication service or remote computing service and inserting an online service provider ; and in paragraph (2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking A provider of electronic communication service or remote computing service and inserting An online service provider ; and in subsection (g), by striking a provider of electronic communications service or remote computing service and inserting an online service provider .
Section 2702(a) of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking a person or entity providing an electronic communication service to the public and inserting an online service provider ; in paragraph (2), by striking a person or entity providing remote computing service to the public and inserting an online service provider ; and in paragraph (3), by striking a provider of remote computing service or electronic communication service to the public and inserting an online service provider .
