Title VI of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1871 et seq. ), as amended by section 204 of this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than June 30 of the first calendar year that begins after the date of enactment of this section, and every 5 years thereafter, the Inspector General of the Department of Justice shall— conduct an audit of alleged or potential violations and failures to comply with the requirements of this Act, and any procedures established pursuant to this Act, which shall include an analysis of the accuracy and completeness of applications and certifications for orders submitted under each of sections 105, 303, 402, 502, 702, 703, and 704; and submit to the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate, the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate, the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on the Judiciary of the House of Representatives a report on the audit required under paragraph (1). .
