Section 601(c)(1) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1871(c) ) is amended by inserting , including declassified copies that have undergone review under section 602 before ; and . Section 602(a) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1872(a) ) is amended— by inserting , to be concluded not later than 180 days after the issuance of such decision, order, or opinion, after (as defined in section 601(e)) ; and by inserting or results in a change of application of any provision of this Act or a novel application of any provision of this Act after law .
