Section 603(b) of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 ( 42 U.S.C. 3213(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A), by inserting areas after rural ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (3), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: include a list of all of the grants provided by the Economic Development Administration for projects located in, or that primarily benefit, rural areas; an explanation of the process used to determine how each project referred to in subparagraph
(A)would benefit a rural area; and a certification that each project referred to in subparagraph (A)— is located in a rural area; or will primarily benefit a rural area. .
