Section 217(d) of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act ( 42 U.S.C. 12747(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking the second sentence and inserting the following: Subject to paragraph (3)(A), jurisdictions eligible for such reallocations shall include participating jurisdictions and jurisdictions meeting the requirements of this title, including the requirements in paragraphs (3), (4), and
(5)of section 216. ; and in paragraph (3), by striking and inserting the following: Limitation .—Unless otherwise specified Limitations .— The Secretary may remove a participating jurisdiction that fails to meet or comply with the requirements of this title from participation in reallocations of funds made available under this title. Unless otherwise specified .
