Section 508 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb–1) is amended— in subsection (d)(11)(C), by striking providing health services and inserting providing health care services ; in subsection (g)— by inserting a plan describing after will provide ; and by adding at the end the following: Such plan may include a description of how such applicant will target outreach to women disproportionately impacted by maternal substance use disorder. ; and in subsection (s), by striking $29,931,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting $38, 931,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2028 .
