Section 304 ( 20 U.S.C. 9623 ) is amended— by redesignating paragraphs

(1)and

(2)as paragraphs

(2)and (3), respectively; by inserting before paragraph (2), as redesignated by paragraph (1), the following: The terms elementary school , local educational agency , secondary school , and Secretary have the meanings given those terms in section 8101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965. ; in paragraph (2), as redesignated by paragraph (1), by inserting before Director .— The term ; and in paragraph (3), as so redesignated, by inserting before State .— The term .
