Section 303 ( 20 U.S.C. 9622 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (B), by inserting subject to paragraph (4), before conduct ; in subparagraph (C), by striking , but at least as and all that follows through the semicolon and inserting and at least once every 4 years; ; and in subparagraph (E), by striking , to provide and all that follows through the semicolon and inserting , subject to paragraph
