Section 173 ( 20 U.S.C. 9573 ), as redesignated by section 102, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking subsection

(b)the following: The Director shall ensure that any authorized disclosed information with respect to an early childhood education program, elementary school, secondary school, local educational agency, or institution of higher education shall not include personally identifiable information. ; in subsection (d)(2)(A), as redesignated by paragraph (3), by striking individually and inserting personally ; and in subsection (e), as redesignated by paragraph (3)— by striking individually identifiable information each place the term appears and inserting personally identifiable information ; and in paragraph (1)(B), by striking Individually identifiable information and inserting Personally identifiable information .
